This practical workshop is for those in an HR or a senior role who want to develop a wellbeing strategy to transform their organisational culture. You will leave with an understanding of the different aspects of wellbeing at work, an idea of how to develop a plan and templates to help implement it.
The workshop will look at some of the research around wellbeing and investigate some of the potential benefits for organisations. It will also cover the various elements of a wellbeing strategy:
● Barriers to engagement and the four levels of influence
● What to do before you start - collect data and decide what you want to achieve
● Structure, including the role of inductions, appraisals, return to work interviews and line manager training.
● Culture, including communication, work/life balance, trust, efficient work practices, clear objectives and shared mission
● Build a plan and ideas for a successful launch
● Evaluation & adjustment
